About Liz

I'm a PACFA-registered Children's Counsellor & Coach who's helped children of all ages with a multitude of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, eating disorders, self harm, suicidal ideation, bullying, life changes and unhelpful behaviours.

I've worked with children for more than 10 years and I'm passionate about helping them discover and connect to the healing power that lies within them by expressing themselves creatively. I've personally experienced the transformational power of Creative Therapies in helping me heal my own life and I'm so happy to be able to share this approach with children, helping them through their challenges in this often confusing and overwhelming modern world.

Having previously worked with children in a variety of roles, including as a Behaviour Therapist with Lizard Centre, Kids' Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher, Head Teacher of a kindergarten and English Language Teacher, I have a great understanding of children, their challenges and their development. I've also worked as a Wellbeing Mentor in a high school, a Counsellor for young adults at a mental health clinic, a Lifeline Crisis Supporter and a Resilience Coach with Resilience in Kids.
