A minimum number of tickets must be sold for the event to go ahead

In the event that it is cancelled, you will receive a full refund

No refunds are available if you cannot make the event, change your mind etc.

A form will be emailed to you prior to the event in order to gather helpful information

These events are not intended to substitute 1:1 therapy

Breathwork may not be suitable for you if you have or are experiencing any of the following: epilepsy, chronic heart or lung condition, heavy medications, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, severe mental health conditions, neurological conditions, asthma (please bring inhaler), under 18s. Please consult with a doctor if you are unsure or have any major health condition

A gentler alternative breathwork practice will be offered for those who are pregnant or who would prefer this option
